The timer starts when the alarm goes off.

You'll have to scan one of these to prove you've gotten up.

Set a penalty that you'll pay if you don't scan a barcode before the timer runs out.

Penalties go to charity.

Alarms are stored in the cloud so turning off the phone won't stop the penalty

Alarms lock before they go off so you can't turn them off at the last minute

Add backups so you still have barcodes to scan in case you lose one
